FAQ
Got questions? We’ve got honest answers.
Whether you’re new to aesthetic treatments or considering something more advanced, here’s what you need to know before you book.
General Questions
Do I need a consultation first?
Yes. We start every patient journey with a consultation to understand your goals, evaluate your skin or facial anatomy, and recommend a personalized treatment plan. There’s no pressure to commit—we’re here to guide you.
Is this covered by insurance?
No. Our services are elective and considered cosmetic, so they aren’t covered by insurance.
What’s the difference between injectables and surgery?
Injectables like Botox and fillers offer subtle improvements with little to no downtime, but they’re temporary. Surgery offers more dramatic, long-lasting results, especially for sagging skin or deep-set concerns. We’ll help you decide which approach fits your goals.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We offer flexible payment options for most services and packages. Just ask during your consultation.
Injectables & Fillers
How long do Botox and fillers last?
Botox typically lasts 3–4 months. Fillers can last anywhere from 6 months to 2 years, depending on the product and area treated.
Will I look “frozen” or overdone?
Not here. Our goal is to enhance your natural features, not change your expression. You’ll still look like you—just refreshed.
Can you fix bad filler from another provider?
Yes. We offer safe hyaluronidase injections to dissolve unwanted hyaluronic acid fillers and start fresh.
Skin & Laser Treatments
How many microneedling or laser sessions will I need?
Most patients see improvement after one session, but a series of 3–6 is usually recommended for optimal results. We’ll build a treatment schedule around your skin and goals.
Is there any downtime?
It depends on the treatment. Many skin and laser treatments have little to no downtime, while others (like PEARL Fractional or Morpheus8) may involve a few days of redness or peeling. We’ll walk you through all of it beforehand.
Facial Surgery
When is surgery a better option than injectables?
If you have moderate to significant skin laxity (looseness), deeper folds, or are looking for longer-lasting results, surgery may be the right choice. Dr. Hall will help you weigh your options during your consultation.
How long is recovery from a facelift or eyelid surgery?
It varies, but most patients can return to normal activities within 1–2 weeks. Swelling and bruising typically improve within 10–14 days.
Will I have visible scars?
All incisions are placed as discreetly as possible—along the hairline, behind the ears, or in natural creases. We’ll discuss scar care as part of your recovery plan.
